The Apostolic Children’s Ministry is committed to providing an atmosphere for the learning of God’s Word and the truth and power of Jesus Christ to all children who enter our doors. Proverbs 22:6 tells us, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” The truth that children learn as a child establishes a strong foundation for a Christian life with Jesus. Through a broad range of programming, children learn how special they are, that they are “wonderfully made” by the creator, and that each one of them has a special purpose in God’s Kingdom. They experience Jesus’ love through love for their neighbor, for themselves and for Jesus who died for our sins. 

Each week, kids discover Jesus’ amazing power in Sunday School class, Kids’ Power Hour and The “U”. Throughout the year there are special activities, an Easter celebration, graduation celebration, vacation Bible school, fall festival and much more! Our children also frequently enjoy our incredible activity center through planned services and activities.

There’s never a dull moment in Kids' Power Hour. We pack one single hour with high energy praise and worship with full motion songs, memorable skits, games, illustrations, lessons and prayer! On Wednesday nights the kids attend The “U”…short for Apostolic University. This is a time for focus on God’s Word. Kids learn what’s where in the Bible, how it changes our lives and memorize scripture (hiding God’s Word in our heart – Psalm 119:11).

Our Sunday morning classes for children include:

• Nursery – Newborn to 2 years

• Toddlers – 2 and 3 year olds

• Kindergarten – 4 and 5 year olds

• Beginners – 6 and 7 year olds

• Elementary – 8-11 year olds

Wednesday night classes include:

• Nursery – Newborn through 2 years

• PreK – 3 – 5 year olds

• The “U” – 6 – 11 year olds
